Michael Passmore and Chef Marc Zimmerman of Ittoryu GOZU, have collaborated with A-Five Meats to provide a unique caviar and wagyu pairing. For a limited quantity, we are offering 50g of Ranch Reserve Sturgeon Caviar with a 16oz Sanuki Olive Fed Wagyu Ribeye from Japan.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We started A-Five Meats in an effort to bring quality meat, chilled (not frozen), from across the world. We have traveled throughout Japan visiting small farms across various prefectures and we have seen how different farmers treat the animals they raise. Our goal was to introduce these nuances to each diner and chef in the country. We set out to be one of the first to import and use full sets of wagyu to make wagyu more affordable for everyone.
Please allow up to 6 days for us to process your order and ship overnight! Your package will come with ice packs and will be delivered chilled. Your meat will be good for up to 3 weeks in the fridge and up to 2 months in the freezer to preserve freshness.

Steaks were excellent and well packaged. Wagyu is beyond excellent - better dining experience than that at you name the steakhouse! If you had any of these steaks in a restaurant setting it would easily cost up to 5x; well worth the price!

The package was next-day air shipped halfway across the country and it was still cold when it got to my door. Very much enjoying the meats. I even posted to social media, have upsold at least a friend or two on the boxes (and now have a number of friends wanting to go in on another box or two with me.
